Illusions
Imagine, just for a moment, that the world you see
Is not really as it would appear to be
We ask, who am I? Why am I here?
Is life not all that it would seem to appear?
Stop, just for a moment, and look around
Be Here, in the Now , let go and calm down
Could it be that what we see is a mirrored expression
Of an outward projection of our own reflection?
If life viewed Without begins from Within
It's impossible to be victims of this world we are in
If the Loneliness, Fear and Pain that we feel
Is our chosen Illusion, it can not be Real
Is this world of Dreams we find ourselves believing in
Our punishment for a long ago imaginary sin?
But what if in Truth the sin never occurred?
It was simply a thought, an unspoken word
What would it be like, as God's created Son
To live as individuals, separate from the One?
For that one brief, momentary Mistaken thought
We now find ourselves in a place we are Not.
The Darkness of the Dream is designed to hide
The White Light of Truth we all know inside
But Darkness can not exist where Light shines
One Mind in Light lifts the veil from all Minds
Forgive your Brother and Yourself
as your Father has done
For how can a Father not Love His One Son?
With Forgiveness comes Joy, Abundance and Love
Awaken to your rightful Gifts from Above
Choose to change your Mind about the world you see
and a New World filled with Light and Peace it will be
Awaken from the Dream
